The New SSX Is Actually Not All Dark And Dreary

Remember this trailer?:

Yeah... people were kind of miffed that the trick-happy game they loved was turned into some sort of survival adventure.  Anyway, the game's developers were quick to remove the "Deadly Descents" part from the game's name, and were all like "Naw, dawg, we just playin'; it don't actually look like dat!", and now the game looks like this:

The only game I've played out of the SSX series is SSX: On Tour for the PSP, but I played it A LOT.  I was a bonafide pro at that game.  Anyway, I've been looking forward to a console version to sink my paws into, and now that this looks more like SSX and less like I Am Alive, I may give it a try.
