The Legend of Zelda's 25th Anniversary

For the 25th anniversary of the Legend of Zelda series, Miyamoto has just announced that Nintendo are releasing a Zelda game for each of their consoles.  The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening will be available on the 3DS eShop later today.  He also reminds us that The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake is hitting shelves next week for the 3DS; it will include little hint movies for first-time players, or those of you who just suck at Zelda games as much as I do (but I love them).  The Master Quest version of the game is also included.  Miyamoto says that Skyward Sword will be out this holiday season on the Wii; he mentions Motion Plus, etc.  He also shows off a new gold-plated, Zelda-themed Wiimote.  A series of The Legend of Zelda concerts were then announced; they will be occurring all around the globe, apparently.

Finally, several of the developers of The Legend of Zelda series were invited onstage by Miyamoto, who thanked them, and then the fans; they all bow, and exit the stage.
