Microsoft Says That They Are Not Milking Halo

Some of you are probably laughing hysterically right now, but for those of you who aren't, please continue reading.  Microsoft says that they are not, in fact, milking the star franchise which has thus far earned them $34 million.  O RLY?  Well then, let's just list the most recent Halo games:

Halo Wars - 2009
Halo 3: ODST - 2009
Halo: Reach - 2010
Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary - 2011
Halo 4 - 2012

That's five games in four years, folks.  Not even Call of Duty has managed to accomplish that.  So what does Phil Spencer, the head of Microsoft Game Studios, have to say about that?  According to Eurogamer, he's brushed it off as coincidence.  HOW CONVENIENT.  I was always under the impression that Halo 4 wasn't supposed to happen; it was Bungie's world, and Bungie's story, and they finished it with Halo 3.  But, of course, Micro$oft wants their ca$h, because they apparently don't have enough from the hundred of thousands of dollars they've made from the franchise already.  For the sake of Halo fans, I at least hope that Halo 4 is a worthy addition to the series.
