Wii U Controller Has A Very Short Range
An editor over at Kotaku wanted to be able to play his Wii U in the bathroom; the controller does have a screen, after all, and you are supposed to be able to turn off the television and play most games exclusively on the controller. Unfortunately, this may harder than previously thought. A representative from Nintendo confirmed that you may not be able to play games on the controller if you are outside the room the Wii U is in, meaning that the controller's signal range is a lot shorter than it should be. People are now left to find creative ways to play the game they want in another room. Looks like it's back to newspapers and philosophy books in the bathroom, then.
